How We Work · 5 Steps
From your first call to the finished pour
Every Sacramento concrete project we run — driveway, patio, foundation, or full commercial pour — moves through the same five steps. The result: no surprises on price, no chains of subcontractors, and a finished job you sign off on.

The Five Steps
Every job, the same five steps
Whether you're replacing a single slab or pouring a new commercial parking lot, the workflow is identical — so you always know what to expect, who's on-site, and what happens next.

On-Site Inspection
We measure twice so you pay once
A senior crew lead walks the site with you to verify soil conditions, drainage slope, existing structures, root proximity, access points, and any code constraints. This is also where we listen — your finish preferences, color palette, and aesthetic goals shape the quote.
- Probe soil for expansive clay & water-table issues
- Measure square footage, slope, and elevation changes
- Identify utility lines, tree roots, and access challenges
- Photograph the site and existing conditions for our records

Detailed Written Quote
Itemized, in writing, within 48 hours
You receive a written, itemized estimate — not a one-line napkin number. Materials, labor, equipment, permits, demo, haul-off, sealer, and warranty terms are all broken out so you can compare apples-to-apples with any other bid.
- Materials by line item (mix design, rebar, fiber, sealer)
- Labor and equipment hours separated
- Permit pull-through cost (we handle the paperwork)
- Payment schedule and timeline in writing

Professional Execution
Engineered specs, in-house crew, on schedule
Once you sign, our licensed crew handles every phase: permit pull, demo and haul-off, sub-base prep and compaction, forming, rebar or mesh placement, pour, finish, control joints, and cure. No subcontractor chains — the team that quoted is the team that pours.
- 4,000 PSI mix engineered for Sacramento heat cycles
- Rebar reinforcement (not just wire mesh) on every slab
- Saw-cut control joints — not tooled — for crack control
- Daily clean-up and job-site protection of your property

Final Walkthrough
Not done until you sign off
After cure, we walk the finished work with you punch-list in hand. We don't consider the job complete until you've inspected every edge, joint, and corner — and we leave you with care instructions plus your written 2-year craftsmanship warranty.
- Punch-list inspection together — fix anything on the spot
- Sealer & curing instructions for the first 30 days
- Written 2-year craftsmanship warranty document
- Direct line to your crew lead for any future questions

Our written promise
Every commitment below applies to every job — in writing.
What We Promise · What We Never Do
The standards that run every project
These aren't pitch lines — they're the rules our crew operates under, and they hold across every job, big or small.
Free, no-pressure on-site estimates
Every quote is free, no trip fee, and you'll never get follow-up sales calls.
Itemized, written quotes in 48 hours
Materials, labor, permits, and warranty in writing — never verbal-only.
Same crew quotes and pours
Your project lead is on-site for both inspection and execution.
No subcontractor surprises
We don't dispatch unknown crews. Every pour is our in-house team.
No high-pressure sales tactics
No "sign today for X% off." Take a week — the price stands.
No vague "ballpark" numbers
If a contractor won't put it in writing, walk away.
